What sets me apart is the experience I bring to the work I do every day. I’m Jeff Avery, a State Farm agent in Redding, CA, serving customers throughout Shasta County, including Anderson, Shasta Lake, Palo Cedro, Cottonwood, Happy Valley, Bella Vista, Shasta, Shingletown, Millville, and Dunsmuir. I am also licensed to assist customers in Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. I’ve been part of the State Farm family for 40 years, with my first 15 years spent in claims management. That experience gave me valuable insight into how coverage works when customers need support, and it shaped my commitment to helping people understand their options.

My friendly, professional team and I enjoy getting to know our customers and answering their questions. We take time to understand what’s important to you so we can walk through insurance options that fit your needs. Many customers have been with us for years, and I’m grateful for the confidence they place in our office. I was honored when State Farm recognized our commitment to service with the Legion of Honor Agent and Life Ambassador awards.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We love exploring the natural beauty of Northern California. I’m also committed to giving back to the community and have served on several local boards supporting hospitals, youth programs, veteran organizations, and groups such as the Redding Rotary Club, the Red Cross, and the United Way.
